Sometimes Yes! Our schedule gets really stacked up, so sometimes no.. We try to accommodate the best we can.. Never hurts to ask. 

Yes.. If you use the book now button here on our web site and book over the internet there is a 6% convenience fee. A very small fee to make it easy.. OR you can call us direct and there is no fee. 

Any of our trips require a 20% deposit. You can do this over the phone. Or in the book now app here in our Rates Page

No taxes are charged for private charter costs. Maybe you can put that money toward the tip to your captain. 

While tipping the captain that shows you an amazing time on the waters of Key West on board the boat he or she takes great care of to make sure you have the best experience available is not required… It is recommended. Tips of 15-20% of the trip fare are greatly appreciated. 

Our trips are supposed to be fun.. Bad weather sux. Our policy is to always keep our guests posted about what the conditions will be like out there. Ultimatly it’s the captains decision on the weather and the trip. 

No.. We will either work with you for an alternate day or offer a refund. 

Our parking situation is not great as in any place here in Key West parking is a premium. However if UBER and LIFT is not an option for our guests we can arrange safe parking at our marina. Let us know when you book your trip. 

YES! If you are staying at the beautiful Oceans Edge Resort and Marina on Stock Island we can pick you right up and drop you off at the docks there. A great place to stay if you really want the best parts of Key West. 

Yes.. as long as he / she is moderately well behaved and under 20 lbs. We have doggie bowls for food and water built into the boat. Please bring your dogs floatation device as none will be provided. 

Yes.. Noodles and such are provided. 

YES! By Request.. Let you captain know you would like some snorkeling equipment for your charter with us.. On our private snorkeling trips you will be asked your sizes and needs. 

We have always been able to provide a good solution if a bathroom break is needed. 

Yes – it can be.. All adult private charters booked with us can wear as much or as little as they wish on any of our charters. We ask that each person please bring their own towels. Our boat is sanitized daily for a perfectly clean environment. Please see our Clothing Optional Nude Charters page for more details..  

Yes. our Barletta Tritoon boat is specifically equipped with a bar table that seats 4 easily. See our Barletta Boat Page for more photos to see the table. 

NO! Our ladder is one of the coolest features of the “Toon Time”. Super easy in and out. Trust us on this.. We looked high and low for the perfect solution for our more complicated guests that may or may not have the strength.. This ladder is as easy as it gets. YES! Its required on our booze cruise and recommended on all the rest.. We WILL NOT allow you to go snorkeling if you have had any alcohol so keep that in mind. Our sandbar trips are great for tropical drinks.
